Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A, Canada and United Kingdom.

All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number. Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. International orders are also shipped via Australia Post Air.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and generally take 2-3 days.
Bulky items or deliveries to rural/remote locations may take up to 5 business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders received will be shipped the following business day in most cases. Delivery is generally 7-10 working days once an order has left Australia, delivery times may be subject to delays which are outside of our control. Ohana Ocean Athletics will not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure on the part of Australia Post or any international customs departments.

Orders within Australia have a flat fee of $10 per order. Any orders within Australia over $100 are shipped FREE of charge. International shipping is calculated by Australia Post based on your zip code.

Returns

Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 3 months, where we offer the option of exchange as well as refund. Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully. NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ON SALE ITEMS.

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All goods come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. 

Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this. If you wish to return a faulty product, Ohana Ocean Athletics will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process: 

The product must have been purchased within 3 months of notification.
  

  • Skin chafing is not due to a defect.  
  • If you are prone to chafing we suggest using BodyGlide or a similar product to protect your skin while training or racing. 
  • You must notify Ohana Ocean Athletics by email customerservice@ohanaoceanathletics.com with:

    • a photograph of the item with a description of the fault
 
    • a "proof of purchase" confirmation, bank statement, or email confirmation from Ohana Ocean Athletics
   
  • Ohana Ocean Athletics will respond within 72hrs with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item. 
 
  • Ohana Ocean Athletics cannot be responsible for goods that may be
    lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being
    returned must be thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed securely
    and clearly addressed. 
  • Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting
 
  • On International returns you must mark on the postal company's
    consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties
    and taxes again. 
 
  • The item will be assessed upon receipt for fault. 
  • 
Ohana Ocean Athletics will then repair, replace refund the Price
    to You in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Ohana Ocean Athletics can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability 
 
  • The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Ohana Ocean Athletics however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited. 
 

REPAIRS  

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee.

You may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. 

Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.

Pricing

All product prices listed on the site are inclusive of 10% G.S.T. for Australian customers. International customers do not pay G.S.T , however you may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance which must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
